* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of central and south central Kentucky, including the following counties, in central Kentucky, Grayson, Green, Hart, Ohio and Taylor. In south central Kentucky, Barren, Butler, Edmonson, Logan and Warren.

* WHEN...Until 545 PM CDT /645 PM EDT/ Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1144 AM CDT /1244 PM EDT/, Doppler radar indicate

Flooding in Barren, KY; Butler, KY; Edmonson, KY; Grayson, KY; Green, KY; Hart, KY; Logan, KY; Ohio, KY; Taylor, KY; Warren, KY can cut off roads with little warning, damage homes near low-lying areas, and disrupt power and water service. Even a few inches of moving water can carry away a vehicle.
