* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is occurring.

* WHERE...Kelleys Island in Erie County in North Central Ohio

* WHEN...Until 1000 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Remaining standing water and flooding of low-lying and poor-drainage areas from overnight rain.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 546 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated gauges indicated that 7 to 14 inches of rain fell across Kelleys Island overnight. Flash flooding was reported overnight. Flash flooding no longer poses an imminent thr
