* Flash Flood Warning for... Central Hardin County in southeastern Texas... South Central Tyler County in southeastern Texas...

* Until 1045 AM CDT.

* At 546 AM CDT, emergency management reported thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 10 and 21 inches of rain have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 1 to 5 inches in 1 hour. Flash flooding is already occurring.

FLASH FLOOD EMERGENCY for Kountze, Vi

Flooding in Hardin, TX; Tyler, TX can cut off roads with little warning, damage homes near low-lying areas, and disrupt power and water service. Even a few inches of moving water can carry away a vehicle.
