* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of eastern Otero County in New Mexico.

* WHEN...Until 815 PM MDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 508 PM MDT, A slow moving thunderstorm near Mayhill has produced 1.50 to 2.50 inches of rain based on radar estimates and automated gauges. This will cause small stream flooding in tributaries le
