LINCOLN, NM — At 130 PM MDT, Emergency Management reported and local cams showed that Cedar Creek was flowing out of banks and Cedar Creek Drive had been closed due to flooding. Doppler radar showed thunderstorms producing heavy rain persisting over the South Fork Burn Scar. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.25 to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
