* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...Posey County in southwestern Indiana...

* WHEN...Until 315 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 117 AM CDT, trained weather spotters reported flooding on Esche Road northeast of Mount Vernon due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is already occurring. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is exp
