* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHEN...Until this evening.

* IMPACTS...At 9.0 feet, no flooding occurs but all recreational floating along the Illinois River ceases due to strong turbulence.

Flooding in Adair, OK; Cherokee, OK; Delaware, OK can cut off roads with little warning, damage homes near low-lying areas, and disrupt power and water service. Even a few inches of moving water can carry away a vehicle.
