Flood Advisory

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of north central and panhandle Nebraska, including the following counties, in north central Nebraska, Cherry. In panhandle Nebraska, Sheridan.

* WHEN...Until 445 AM CDT /345 AM MDT/.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. Some low-water crossings may become impassable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1247 AM CDT /1147 PM MDT/, Doppler radar in

Flooding in Cherry, NE; Sheridan, NE can cut off roads with little warning, damage homes near low-lying areas, and disrupt power and water service. Even a few inches of moving water can carry away a vehicle.
