* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...North Central Warren County in west central Indiana...

* WHEN...Until noon EDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 515 AM EDT, Gauge reports indicated flooding is already occurring in the warned area. Up to 2.5 inches of rain fell. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected.

Flooding in Warren, IN can cut off roads with little warning, damage homes near low-lying areas, and disrupt power and water service. Even a few inches of moving water can carry away a vehicle.
