APACHE, AZ — At 1126 PM MDT, a river gauge on the Chinle Creek in Canyon de Chelly National Monument reported that the water levels have now fallen below flood stage, however downstream impacts will continue. Between 0.75 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is already occurring.
HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding.
