* WHAT...Street flooding, county road flooding, and small stream flooding caused by last night's heavy rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of south central Kansas, including the following counties, Butler, Cowley, Harper, Kingman, Reno, Sedgwick and Sumner.

* WHEN...Until 900 PM CDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

Flooding in Butler, KS; Cowley, KS; Harper, KS; Kingman, KS; Reno, KS; Sedgwick, KS; Sumner, KS can cut off roads with little warning, damage homes near low-lying areas, and disrupt power and water service. Even a few inches of moving water can carry away a vehicle.
