* WHERE...The Fourmile Creek at Des Moines Easton Blvd, or from below Interstate 80 to the Des Moines River.

* WHEN...Until late this evening.

* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Water affects businesses and apartments east of E 33rd St near E Douglas Ave...E Euclid Ave and Hubbell Ave.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:45 AM CDT Fri
