At 1119 PM CDT, Local fire reported thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 3 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 1 to 3 inches in 1 hour. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch is possible in the warned area. Flash floodin
