* WHEN...Until tomorrow afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 19.5 feet, Xavier Road leading north from the river gage begins to see water near the road.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 6:00 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 16.9 feet. - Fore
