The National Weather Service in Austin/San Antonio has extended the

* Flash Flood Warning for... Western Medina County in south central Texas...

* Until 430 PM CDT.

* At 1134 AM CDT, emergency management reported flash flooding. There have been high water rescues and many flooded roads. Between 3 and 4 inches of rain have fallen today after around 10 inches Tuesday. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area.
