* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Northwestern Logan County in northeastern Colorado... Northeastern Weld County in northeastern Colorado...

* WHEN...Until 530 AM MDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...

- At 234 AM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen.

Flooding in Logan, CO; Weld, CO can cut off roads with little warning, damage homes near low-lying areas, and disrupt power and water service. Even a few inches of moving water can carry away a vehicle.
