* IMPACTS...At 9.0 feet, Flood waters inundate Route 17 a few miles north of Byron Village Road.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:30 PM EDT Thursday the stage was 7.8 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest
