The National Weather Service in Austin/San Antonio has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for... Southwestern Kendall County in south central Texas...

* Until 815 PM CDT Wednesday.

* At 1211 PM CDT, emergency management reported flash flooding in Boerne. Between 4 and 12 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring. High water rescues are in progress and some people are stranded.
