* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 340 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to stationary thunderstorms near Fairfield. Radar estimates between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen in the past hour. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advis
