Flash Flood Warning

At 611 PM EDT, flash flooding was ongoing across the warned area, with significant inundation of water on Interstate 71 in the Norwood area. Between 3 and 5 inches of rain have fallen, with the greatest rainfall amounts near Norwood, Golf Manor, Silverton, and Fairfax. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible.
