* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Hoosic River at Williamstown.

* WHEN...From this afternoon to early tomorrow afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 11.0 feet, Most of Cole Field is inundated, as well as the portion of Stetson Road that runs along Cole Field.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:00 AM EDT Wednesday the stage was 6.7 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this afternoon to a crest of 10.9 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage tomorrow
