The latest USGS river gauge at Rio Blanco in Naguabo reported 11.39 ft, reaching moderate flooding stage. Between 2 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring.

Rio Espiritu Santo, Bahia Algodones to Ensenada Honda Coastal Watersheds, Rio Gurabo, Rio Juan Martin, Rio Sabana at mouth, Rio Santiago, Rio Pitahaya, Rio Blanco, Rio Cubuy, Coastal Watershed, Rio Fajardo, Rio Espiritu Santo near mouth, Rio Icacos, Quebrada Fajardo to Laguna Grande Coastal Drainage Watersheds, Rio Anton Ruiz and Rio Mameyes.
