* WHERE...Southeastern Highland County in south central Ohio... Pike County in south central Ohio... Southern Ross County in south central Ohio...

* WHEN...Until midnight EDT tonight.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 935 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported high water on US-23 near the border of Pike and Ross Counties. Additional high water reports were also noted on SR-12
