MAJURO COASTAL WATERS — Tropical Storm In-fa (30W) is beginning to exit the northern Marshall Islands as it moves northwest, currently passing near Bikini Atoll. However, hazardous conditions continue across the region, with scatterometry this morning showing fresh to strong southwest to west winds across the northernmost islands and atolls of the RMI. Seas will remain hazardous to small craft across the area through tonight as In-fa moves away, due to elevated wind waves and west to southwest swell, and inter-island travel is strongly discouraged. Locally heavy showers may produce sudden, strong to near-gale gusts, leading to locally dangerous conditions. These conditions will diminish over the next few days as In-fa moves farther away.
