Flood Warning

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...Portions of north central and northeast Illinois, including the following counties, in north central Illinois, De Kalb. In northeast Illinois, Cook, DuPage and Kane.

* WHEN...Until 1100 AM CDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Roads and streets may be flooded. High water likely may recede slowly from flooded areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...

Flooding in Cook, IL; De Kalb, IL; DuPage, IL; Kane, IL can cut off roads with little warning, damage homes near low-lying areas, and disrupt power and water service. Even a few inches of moving water can carry away a vehicle.
