Flood Advisory

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...Northwestern Lake County in northeastern Minnesota... Central St. Louis County in northeastern Minnesota...

* WHEN...Until 1145 PM CDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 908 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms is again occurring over the Advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen from the first round of thunderstorms

Flooding in Lake, MN; St. Louis, MN can cut off roads with little warning, damage homes near low-lying areas, and disrupt power and water service. Even a few inches of moving water can carry away a vehicle.
