* WHERE...Little Wabash River below Clay City.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 19.7 feet, Mayflower Road...just north of U.S. Route 50...begins to flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... -

Flooding in Clay, IL; Richland, IL can cut off roads with little warning, damage homes near low-lying areas, and disrupt power and water service. Even a few inches of moving water can carry away a vehicle.
