...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 830 AM EDT THIS MORNING FOR NORTHEASTERN SURRY COUNTY...

At 410 AM EDT, severe flooding continues as several creeks and rivers remain well out of their banks due to runoff from heavy rain earlier tonight. This resulted in numerous water rescues in the Mt.
