Black dashed line

I was doing my weather briefing and on the surface analysis chart there was this black dashed line in the middle of the states. i’ve never seen it anywhere before and everyone i’ve asked has no idea. it’s not on any legend either submitted by /u/jackobiwhan [link] [comments]
