Tax residency question for opening a bank account with Ally bank

Hi, I have an H1B visa, and I've been working in Puerto Rico since 2024. I'm trying to open a savings account with Ally Bank, but I don't know how to answer the tax residency question. Are Puerto Rico tax residents also USA tax residents? Thank you in advance, submitted by /u/LFM
