- Delays in reporting (5 minutes to several hours)

4. Prohibited Uses
You agree NOT to use Isla Alert PR to:

- Harass, stalk, or target individuals or locations
- Spread false information or create panic
- Attempt to identify victims or suspects

- Reverse engineer or abuse the API
- Violate any local, state, or federal laws
5. User Responsibilities
- Verification: Verify information through official sources before taking action
- Safety First: Do not put yourself in danger to investigate incidents
- Respect Privacy: Do not attempt to identify individuals involved in incidents
- Report Responsibly: Only submit truthful information when reporting incidents
- Emergency Protocol: Call 911 for emergencies, not Isla Alert PR

- Isla Alert PR platform design and functionality are protected by intellectual property laws

- You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission
- User-submitted content grants us license to use for service improvement
