By using Alert USA ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
Alert USA is a public safety and emergency alert platform serving all 50 US states, DC, and territories. We aggregate emergency alerts, community crime reports, weather warnings, and traffic information to help residents stay informed. Alert USA is a product of Alert USA / Ras-I Design.
You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You agree not to share your account with others or use another person's account without permission.
When you submit a community crime or incident report, you confirm the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Filing false reports is prohibited and may result in account termination. We reserve the right to remove any report that violates these terms.
Alert USA is an information platform, not an emergency service. In a life-threatening emergency, call 911 immediately. Do not rely solely on this app during an active emergency.
We strive to provide accurate, timely information but cannot guarantee the completeness or accuracy of all data. Emergency situations change rapidly. Always follow instructions from official authorities.
Premium membership is billed at $7.99/month via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your Profile settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
You agree not to use the Service to: submit false or misleading reports; harass, threaten, or harm other users; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; or violate any applicable law or regulation.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alert USA and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
